Today I placed an Order for it and threw in a single figure. I figure make it worth the shipping cost buy getting another figure. Got my confirmation Email and then Got this email with the following Message:



They don't have that Comic Pack in stock. I called them. They confirmed the item is out of stock. Told them to cancel the rest of my order. What I want is that Comic Pack. They said it is too late. Item hasn't shipped but it is a "ready to ship" status. Guy on the phone said the box will come with return shipping label. Send it back for a full refund. You better believe I will. The Original email included a we "F"ed up 10% for next time. Think there will ever be an next time? At least do better than 10%. I wonder how long it will to get a refund.

I think I'm done with HTS. Considering the Movie Line is mostly going to be it. It going to be easy not to order from them.

Now it is listed as in stock.

What is HTS, In stock or Out of stock?

Why cancel it from my order for being Out of Stock if you going to Make it in Stock again in two days. Trying to prevent people from combining shipping? Last couple of times you just told me "due to a delay some of your items will come at a different date." Why didn't you do that this time? When I was on the phone with you why didn't you just say a New Shipment was coming tomorrow. Maybe there was no new shipment maybe your operation is filled with incompetents. How hard is it to understand your inventory.
