pretty sure the green thing is supposed to be a nannite warhead for the silver rifle he comes with. I don't know about you guys, but I'm gonna be using him to fill out my Cobra Science Corps. That figure would be perfect for a scientist in a lab coat.

Wow, that didn't even occur to me, but you are so right... Looking at the figure in that light, he appears to be a vertiable wishing well full of great fodder parts - cool lab/trench coat, excellent non descript legs, some pretty basic arms... So that's Storm Shadow FTW!
