Hey everyone! Well, a while back I asked for pics of the HAVOC - I can finally let the cat outta the bag :) I made a HAVOC cake for my wife's 40th b-day :) She was totally shocked which meant everyone that knew kept their mouths shut :) Anyway, I wanted to share the pics with my fellow customizers... I might not have worked on a figure in a while, but I think this could be considered a custom :)

The carved product:

There are more pics of the cake and one of the wife with her cake at my photobucket page - http://s33.photobucket.com/albums/d88/Serpymatt/HAVOC%20Cake/. And yes, that's a kitbashed Cross Country :crosscountry2: sitting in the most insane driver's seat ever... I tried to make it as close to scale as possible :)

Thanks :) I did the carving and piecing together of the cake and her mom did the majority of the icing. She makes cakes on the side and knew this one would be a pain and figured she could do better... I was in no way gonna argue with her :) However, after seeing a few things, my dreams of an Air Chariot cake are slowly fading away ;)

Generally, it's wise not to argue with the Mother-In-Law ;-)

How about a HISS next year?

That is awesome. Really cool! If you knew some G.I.Joe clubs in your area you could probably get some catering jobs!

We met in a GI Joe chat room a few years back... her favorite Joe is Cross Country so you can say that the HAVOC's her fave - she goes by CrossCountry's Girl online :)

Whoa, well done!
So, can people expect a delicious piece from your future Flagg-cake/Terror Drome-cake at the next convention? ;)

She said she already has her country boy - I'm from Louisiana originally :) However, she was drooling over the customs - I think I'm gonna have to figure out how to make the tank top one for her :)
