Ran across one of the carded "red mask, red emblem" Cobra soldiers this afternoon...only his mask was black and the grips of his Dragunov were painted brown...but his emblem was still red. :shifty:

Anyone else seen one of these on the shelf yet? Seems like someone in Asia had a photo of one before that wave first started hitting shelves last year...

It took a while, but Hasbro did say they were doing a running change on this guy. At first it looked like Canada was getting them all, but obviously the back end of the Wave 12 production run is making it to stores now. Glad I got my 12 red-masks early on. Evened out my Troopers to 24 black masks (12 5-packs, 12 SRO Packs) and 24 red masks (12 Comic, 12 Wave 12).

For anyone that missed out on the original 5-pack, or was too much of a wuss (kidding) to armybuild that bad boy, it's nice that there's an affordable alternative, *and* the new variant has a backpack hole!

That's when they bring another case of wave 9 revision 2 out and fill the over-loaded pegs. Again.

Oh yeah, that. :-(

I still kick myself for not picking up THE ONLY WRAITH I'VE EVER SEEN back in November...

In the last two weeks, I've seen restocks of the single carded versions of the figures in the first 2 five-packs. These weren't returns as I saw the same thing at 3 different Targets.
