I was wondering if this 5 pack is available now on the site where I saw it it says ships 3/01/09 but I'm not sure if that was meant for the item above it

Big Bad Toy Store just sent me a notification that my preorder of this 5-pack is in stock and ready to ship. So I'd say start checking brick & mortar stores in the next few weeks.

thier not in stores YET. BigBadToyStore is a online store. So you can enter that into the search bracket or just www.bigbadtoystore.com and it'll take you there.

I haven't been able to locate anymore troopers in this color scheme
and I'm certainly not buying a bunch of these sets just to army build 3 figures

Well thats the only way to get them in those colors. The Troopers are avalible single carded in blue, and the B.A.T.s in classic colors single though.

The Resolute Officer is only avalible in this set.
