He can hold his weapons. They don't fall out. They stay in his hands. This is why Duke is a win. Any 25th fig that needs to be boiled to hold anything gets an F.

Just got the Resolute Duke, and I know there was as thread about why some loved him and thought he was the best thing ever, but I have a couple complaints:

His pistol is molded in the holster yet he also has a pistol.....
He has a knife, but no sheath......

I know, pretty minor complaints, but after all the progress that has been made in regards to sheaths and accessory placement, this pretty much bummed me out.

I am also not a big fan of his ankles/boots/pants cuffs. not sure what exactly is going on there but it bugs me for some reason.

Other than that, he is pretty cool, nicely sculpted, and very un-Duke-like in many respects, but the accessory thing bugs me just like getting a comic pack Falcon with a great holster and no gun.

Anybody else have complaints or praise?

Agreed! It seems like they are phasing out the holsters & sheaths for static ones. However that is why I like 25th style scultps in the first place.
Take Tunnel Rat for an example... he has a holster on his web gear. Then on his leg he has a static sheath! ARG! :-x
I also don't care for Duke's scar or his large thighs. They could have used Airborne thighs.

Duke doesn't have spats, he has puttees.

Other than the holster/sheath issues i don't have any real issues with Duke. Cobra Commander, on the other hand is a steaming pile.

I have him, have not opened him yet, why is he a steaming pile?

Overall Duke's a big upgrade over 25th Duke.
But the lack of working holsters and sheaths is annoying.
