Dice.
His bo-staff is one of the coolest ninja-weapons in the toyline. The filecard speaks of him like a nasty, mean fighter. And the figure itself is well sculpted, he's one of my favorite Cobra ninja's.
I remember buying Dice when I was young and I thought: "Damn, why isn't he a Joe!?"
