If they'll get that cartoon out there, I really don't think they'll have a problem selling these. By the time these come out and the cartoon is running, the current single packs won't be around so kids will take these. I doubt it's an issue with them peg warming. There are better choices that could have been made from a collectors stand point though.

Well the thing is the cartoon is 5 minutes long and based on the internet. Did the Resolute Duke have any mention of where too see it? Nope. Besides Resolute isn't even targeted for kids so I'm not sure kids are gonna flock to this set.

More red figures = The suck.

Hasbro's idea of dressing up a figure for a good repaint is always using red. I can pass on those without giving it a second thought. I do like the BAT (surprised it isn't red as well) and the Duke as well. But I'm not collecting too much in the way of loose figures so I just will pass on the whole set. 2 decent figures don't make it worth it.

Well it depends. Hasbro did say they were trying to get it on Cartoon Network. Much like the Clone Wars has been aired. If they do, and I don't know what the progress is there, that'll bring the popularity.

Now if it does end up being online only, that'll be something that doesn't help. It'll take the movie then to push it. But then that'll have to do well with the kids to actually push the line and by then who knows if Hasbro will still have Resolute figures out. As scared as they are to have more than one line out at the same time of G.I.Joe these days, who knows. I'm still surprised that the Combat Heroes ever happened, but then that's getting as much support as the regular figures (in other words none in the media market).
