Hey guys, maybe I missed this but I was looking at my wave 8 '08 MOCs (the Ripper, Tripwire, Python CG, Cobra Diver, Trooper, Ninja wave) and of the two silhouettes one was easily identifiable as Torch. The other one looks like a para-trooper of some sort, both hands and legs extended with ripcords at the shoulders - who is he?

wave 9 '09 was Torch, Firefly, Blowtorch, Resolute CC, Duke, and Trooper - none of which have this cardback artwork.

My guess is that is must be early artwork for Resolute Cobra Commander. All the elements are there: the cape, the sword, the scabbard. Plus the silhouette looks like its in an angry/maniacal pose. They must have changed the artwork before the final release.
