He's never ben released like that at retail, but his original legs were very plain. But it's probably a custom.

huh, cuz when i first started collecting again awhile ago, i bought one, and it said it was a mail in, i had him kinda out of mind till the other day i noticed 'hey his legs aren't his normal ones', i guess i got rooked. Bastard.
