I am going to nominate the shell ejector on the THUNDERCLAP. Its a fairly realistic feature for one, it mgth have been a little pointless, but it was fun!.

In real life, an ejector this powerful is a huge hazard to any friendly forces behind this cannon. It would often hit the figures sitting in those rear chairs, LOL! But as a kids my brother and I had lots of fun jamming that slide back and seeing how far that shell would go.

I agree with alot that has been said, but I have to also say the wind up Rope Walkers and the mini Helicopter backpack. Those were great fun back in the day. The Helicopter pack really reminded me of the old Adventure Team one. I had 2 of those and my Joe's would always be using them for quick recons. Now that is something Hasbro should look at bringing back out for the 25th!!

The "real" dropping bombs on the Cobra Condor Z25 AMAZED me as a kid.

I didn't have to pull bombs off one-at-a-time and drop them on at G.I.Joe convoy - I could literally carpet bomb them back to the stone age! I loved that plane...

The catapult that came with Effects is cool. The rubberband wrapped around the arm of the catapult, so that it could really launch the two orange "flames". Yuo could also modify the rubber band for to increase the "maximum effective range."

I'm probably in a minority here, but as a dio-photographer, having the fold-out pistol grips to the Thunderhawk and NAC is a godsend. There's a sequence in "The Search for an Old Friend" where I held the planes over the terrorist camp and had my wife take the photo.

I only needed a little smudging under one plane to remove my arm from the scene, as holding it underneath meant the entire top of the plane was visible.

Even post-divorce, my 5yo daughter especially loves getting a plane from the armory and flying it around the apartment using the handle.
