I keep looking back and forth on production and this Quarrel, and I honestly prefer the custom one.. It's closer to the Action Force figure, and the head is perfect.

Does the Juno Eclipse head fit onto the Scarlett body fairly easily, or does it require significant modding?

Modding, though not significant. The Eclipse head has a larger neck hole than Scarlett.

Though, since I already used it there, I'll probably take the easy way out and just paint Quarrel's hair blonde.

It's nice to see the acknowledgment of the popular international characters within this line, and while this figure is a decent 25th-style tribute to Quarrel -- juuust doesn't look quite right with red hair instead of blonde.

Rather glad I have the original (which I actually purchased in England) :-D
