Outside the JoeCon, I haven't seen a rack of Joes like that since the early 90's.
I saw a set-up like this at Midtown Comics. A little smaller, but it brought back warm memories. My favorite part was looking through the figures and finding a V1 Storm-Shadow hidden at the back of one of the racks.
I left it there - treasure for someone else to find. That was always the best part, seeing racks of Joes and finding the one hidden in the back that you really wanted.
