Does he use more than one at once? I guess you could use them as Cobra Commander decoy soldiers or Cobra Commander-bots or something...

Actually that's not a bad idea.

Now I have to see how BAT arms and/or a regular Cobra Trooper head looks on Cobra Commander's body.
