Went to a local target and saw these in the Star Wars section.

Sorry, this picture is so blurry. It's an Artoo, a Vader and comic pack Tarkin in the Legacy of Fett sets. Three boxes.

Trying not to be a jerk means not doing crap like this. This cat's a jerk through and through.

I wish nothing but the worst life has to offer for this fool and any other who pulls this kind of BS. I really hope they suffer untold misery throughout the rest of their pathetic lives.

seriously, he was the only reason I was going to buy the pack.
well if no one wants to swap R2 out, guess I should take one for the team eh?

I honestly do not know how anyone would have multiple comic-pack Tarkin's to use to swap figures out with. You would figure this guy would've found a way to return them when those 2-packs originally came out. Either way, this guy goes beyond anything I've seen. I hope he lives in the basement of his mom's house for the next 15 years eeking by on life and the only bright spot in his day is beng able to return a $5 figure, instead of having a real job.

I think he was troop building the comic pack stormtroopers, as it came with the Tarkin.
On the bright side, Tarkin's head makes a great older type guy, such as an advisor.

Figure Swapping doesn't bother me because it's hilarious. I would be upset if someone swapped something I wanted but I would probably laugh at it. Some of them are hilarious, I once saw someone swap good figures into a set of awful figures

Me too. And I bought them. I found ARAH cobra trooper and nicely customized 92 Duke in the 25th Duke/CC comic pack and ARAH gas mask trooper in a 25th air trooper package.

well, quite frankly, the news of this stuff happening is all over every Joe board... and we have been informing the retailers.

but considering they keep dismissing it, chastizing people who complain, or put them back on the shelves... the retailers obviously don't care.

we REALLY need to make this issuse a Hasbro Q &A question, or start sending letters to Corporate Target, Wal-Mart, and Toys R us. cause they more they're "Unaware " of it.. the more this will happen.
