I just got my mail-away Doc (which, to be honest, I had completely forgotten about until he arrived this afternoon), and I noticed that the figure has the "fixed" Duke arms (as in, "no horrible-looking split in the forearm"). The picture on YoJoe of their Doc sample has the old, sucky arms.

So, is it just the new run that has the fixed arms, or did some of the previous run of Docs have them, too?

Also, for anybody who's waiting for their Doc figures, it looks like they're coming.

Aw man, now I am considering ordering another one to get the new and better arms. Is it too late to mail away?

nope, all the first run Docs had the stupid cut wrists.

and since I didn't order one of the second run figures now I"m kicking myself because the fixed arm versions are going to be expensive too. :-/

Damn...I mailed in for like 7 or 8 of the second run of Doc figures and Hasbro has still not cashed any of my checks. Makes me wonder if I will even get 1 of them.

This is just going to make the first run of suicide arm Docs worth more I think. Or the new ones will be more. Depends on how the scalpers call it when they start arriving.

Good news that they are arriving though. I'll have to start stalking my mailman.

I put in for one of the second round, but the check hasn't been cashed, so who knows. Nertz.

Thanks for the info, gentlemen. I guess I lucked out. Especially considering that I had all but given up on getting that figure: my check got cashed several months ago, but I was beginning to think that they had run out of Docs again, and I was just going to get a refund in the mail or something.

But if it makes you guys with the first run of Docs feel any better, the new arms are way too short and look stupid, too.
