I think I recall someone at sometime mentioning using either baseball card or some other type of binder sleeve for storing their filecards. I want something I can display on a bookshelf and flip through every now and again. I hate the idea of having all these filecards and shoving them in a box. So any ideas or suggestions on what size/type of sleeves/pages I should look for?

4 x 6 photo album is the way to go, until we get something like they have for baseball cards.

Heres an Album I made up for my filecards. I found the sleeves on ebay from a sports card memorabilia place and bought a bunch of them. The rest is just labels and stuff I printed up to organize it well. Also the pages I used have alot of room in the pockets so for those that don't like to trim you filecards close you have some room in there.

Edit: Found the pages on ebay if anyone wants to pick some up.

I'd think anything you could use for postcards or 3x5 photos would work.

Stay away from anything adhesive, though. And make sure it's all archival-grade.

Here ya go! http://shop.hobbiesdepot.com/searchquic ... PKT-5x7%22

I tried photo albums and they got to be too bulky so that they wouldn't close. We had a discussion about this a few months back and Zombie Guide recomended post-card holders - so I ordered some on eBay but what I received wasn't what I had in mind - they were the wrong kind (singles instead of binder sleeves).

However, a few months back when at a Flea Market on Lincoln Hwy in Chambersburg, PA I came across a dealer that had a slew of binder storage products - for baseball cards, coins, and even POSTCARDS! They were perfect. So I took a picture of the brand name of the card holders so I could post it here. But some ass stole my cellphone before I posted it and that photo is lost to history.

I've had a hard time finding the original brand I saw at the flea market but the ones linked to above appear to be just as good. I can tell you that photo-albums don't work because the thickness of the cards will prvent the album from closing. But these postcard holders inserted into a D-size binder will be ideal.

I have a very similar setup to Carnage.

I use sports card albums and pages with different sized pockets.
