I found a chocolate bar MIP on the sidewalk. Hadn't even started to melt yet. Yay karma!

Yes, I would eat a chocolate bar I found on the ground if it's sealed.

The new RAM - so nice to have one again that has its side gun.

Bought a PS2 and SW Battlefront II - Have Battlefront I on my old PC, and load times would drive me nuts. No more waiting 5 minutes for a new mission to start. Not to mention, pretty funny watching my kids play.

Having my HO scale trains set up again - even if its just a small loop of track on a table. And with Christmas almost here, I'll have my O-scale stuff running under the tree. Good stuff.

A man after my own heart. :-)

I've found a few in vending machines at work that way, one would get stuck, the guy walks away, sometime later it falls...hey, free candy!

Another bit of good, shifted some of the papers off my desk and found a $20 bill I didn't even know I had. So now I've got a mostly clean desk and I'm $20 richer. :-D

You opened a MIP candybar? It wasn't AFA graded was it?

Another thing I'm liking is that I'll all caught up on what I want at the moment. Nothing new in stores. Actually been nice to be able to take a break on the search while waiting for new items to trickle in.

Tonight, I sat on the couch surrounded by my family eating leftover chocalate birthday cake and I built my very very minty Rattler 4WD that I won at JC south, my wife helped me apply the stickers. Next I opened up my just purchased Cobra Firebat. I love that Jet.

All in all, a good evening: Cake, Toys, Family, smiles

2.79? That makes me smile.

I opened the dvds that HTS sent me, today. I watched as flint took out a hiss tank with the wing of his skystriker and laughed at how that never bothered me as a child.

Then I fed Dusty to my army of bats, :)

Went out to do some shopping today; beautiful day, bright, clear skies. And the trees along the interstate were alive with color, a riot of reds and golds. I can't recall the last time I saw them so vividly! :-)

Found a copy of Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett's "Good Omens" at Borders--been looking for that one for a while!

At a Five Guys burger (haven't done so in months) and lo and behold, found a soda I haven't drank in years, didn't even know they still made: Mello Yello! Took a cup for the road when I left (hey, free refills!) :-D

All in all, a pretty good day. :-)

...hmm...sunshine...I'm more used to spewing vitriol, but I'll give it a shot.

-I've managed to get three IG comic packs! No black-head Destro yet, but I love this pack because a) the new IG rocks and b) I really need multiple IG destros for customs. Win win!

-After a long slump of customizer's block, I'm finally back at it. I've got tons of customs in the works now!

-Non-joe related...I actually got to have a date-night with my wife last night. We both have incredibly busy schedules, so we get to go out together about as often as most people spontaneously develop the ability of flight. We went to see Phantom of the Opera. Now, understand that I typically enjoy musical theater about as much as I imagine I'd enjoy having a coil of razor wire fed through my nostril and out my mouth, but the Phantom of the Opera is f'n awesome, and I recommend it to anyone. If nothing else, I dare you to find another love story involving a disfigured murderer who lives in a sewer.

Well my major "sunshine" news for me is that we are finally home with baby Joe from the childrens hospital. Got home last friday and have been pretty much staying home with the little one. He is doing great and finally so are we. Though I got midnight and 3:30am feedings, so a little tired, but I do not care, he is worth all the trouble!

On the Joe front, when I got home I had a few packages waiting for me, one was the black head Destro comic pack that I got from the boards here. Also got my black suit CC and an extra Snake Eyes/Timber Combat Heroes set from the Collectors Club.
