Popsicle sticks/craft sticks make great wood panel walls... add a layer of craft tissue between and it makes great rice paper walls and doors.

Old paper trays from fax machines and such make good ramps for VAMPS and such as you can give the guys a grease pit under the vehicles. They also work well for the SHARKs for off the sides of ships or platforms.

The new big container for gum with the flip top makes a great top to an escape hatch. It already has an edge for the figures to grab like a handle.

Kite string, sewing thread (black, grey, white and brown).

Soft wax... Makes realistic battle damage without permanently ruining the figure. Great for making dios of explosions and such.

Kiss wrappers and elmers glue used to give my weapons the metal feel.

An cylindar fan made a short lived gun tower till the wife thru it out.

And as mentioned many times before STYROFOAM... Structure for mountains, the shapes help make base and the list goes on.

Any white sheets spread from the bed to the floor make great snowy mountains to ski down. Also, large white sheets on the floor with various stuff underneath it (pillows, boxes, shoes) make a great arctic landscape.
White towells are OK too.

Take a shoebox, cut one side off and you have a simple garage. Add some paint to finish it.

Q-tips as American Gladiators practice sticks:

Books or magazines positioned as stairs.

Children's pair of socks as sleeping bags.

Any old radio / tv / cpu circuits as techno-look, control wall / panel.
