The attack cruiser is absolutely ridiculous and I have no place for it in my collection. BUT, I had it as a kid, and remember having a crapload of fun with it.

Predator drone launcher is the only thing I can think of.

It would be tolerable if the wheels were parallel. But it's just a steaming pile of 90s neon as it is.

I like it (ducks and covers)

I have 3 as the Default rides of the BF2K. In my Joe universe I have the BF2K handling predator and other unmanned weapons systems. The Atk Cruiser is the launch platform.

Yes the colors suck, but they do on allot of toys and I get them cheap (i wonder why)

I was wondering when this would come up......

What a piece this thing was.....wow. I had it when it was new and even then I thought it was a pile. One of the worst ever.

Yeah this is one of those vehicles I never understood. I figured the plane was suppose to be like one of the modern day drone planes, just ahead of it's time. It's design was too odd. I'm sure I could figure out a use for it if I had to, but other than that it was strictly something for the kids. Kids are about the only ones that could really get a use out of it and have loads of fun I guess.

It was one of the worst, laziest vehicle designs ever. Throw some crap together and call it a vehicle.

Compare it to something like the Cobra Adder. The Adder is smaller but looks like it could really exist and function. The Attack Cruiser was mainly one stamped part with snap on wheels and a few guns. Where were the opening cockpits? Where was the engine? Where was the cool factor with unique features like skipedos?

No place for this thing in my verse. Only good for customizing.

I had one of these things when I was younger and it really was a crappy vehicle. It was a single-stamp toy with limited play-value. Annoying colors and paper decals push it over the edge into not being worthy to own. The toy is also bigger than it needs to be. The RPV is much more practical and serves the same purpose with a very small footprint. Come to think of it, the RPV deserves more love and recognition ;-)

It does have a place in my JOEverse, but in slightly different roles.

One version has some added armor up front to protect the driver, and the vehicle is used CTU to storm jetliners. The elevating platform enables the agents to reach the doors.

Another version is used by the GIJOE CFR crews: extricate pilots from crashed planes on the runway, pierce the fuselage skin to release fire-suppresion foam, or mopve planes around the flightdeck of the Flagg.

The most common version is more like is was designed for. It launches mini-Predator-type drones from the outskirts of the battlefield for surveillance and intell missions. It is more stealthy and is not something to be used for 'attack' or 'cruising'. It is a defensive vehicle that does have the capability of using the drones in an offensive capacity (drops mini-bombs or paints targets with laser lock). Can also be used to locate downed pilots or lost troops.

So I think this isn't crap and could be more of a use by the JOEs than the Battle Wagon. Thumbs up for this one.

The attack cruiser is awesome! I loved this vehicle as a kid. Sure it looks stupid....but I consider the entire battle corps line to be ridiculous. In my collection, I have the battle corps stuff totally separate from everything else just to highlight the neon-ness of the 90's joes.

But the biggest reason I love the attack cruiser is the missile launcher. That has got to be the most dangerous toy hasbro ever released. The little green missiles were deadly accurate and they fired with such a great force. In my mind, the danger factor is what makes it cool. I'm surprised more kids weren't blinded by this thing.
