1991 was on par with any other year in terms of mold quality. But, the colors started to slip this year. Still, there's some good stuff. My overall vote goes to the Crimson Guard Immortal. It's just a great figure that fits perfectly with the 85 CG. The Desert Scorpion is a close second and is decent in his own right. I think it's sad that Hasbro has so underutilized the CGI mold in modern times since we know they have it. And, they've completely ignored the Desert Scorpion mold. Maybe someone will pull it out one day and give us another take on the DS. Until then, the 91 versions are solid enough.

1. Interrogator. I didn't know him when I got him and started armybuilding the figure. I saw his filecard when I already had eight of his figures. I still don't see him as a single character, but I do like his FC. Somewhere in the future I'll create a new figure with the original Interrogator FC as background, the original figures will act as actual interrogators, but the new guy will be their commander.
2. CGI. Excellent design, FIREPOWER and still the CG look. Cool.
3. Desert Scorpion. As others have said, the first desert Cobra! And a nice one too!!!
