Close but I think it is actually something from this line. http://www.yojoe.com/archive/actfig/ima ... ando_4.jpg They used the same A-Team bodies but had different heads. Face was only available in Blue and Black I think. That one looks like he's wearing a green uniform.

hmm yeah his uni is bright green. His vest is beige, and he has a yellow t-neck. His hair is black. He has 2 'sargent' stripes on his right arm.

There were variant A-Team figures of them in their military uniforms offered with some vehicles and sets. Could be Face from that...check any of the obscure toy line websites for more info.
