I was at my local TRU and didn't see them, i didn't even see the new Hulk w/figure packs, they should all hit at the same time, one would think.

Honestly, all of that Hulk stuff is such a swath of green and black that it's easily missed. I didn't spot the set myself despite about four boxed sets sitting in plain view. Another collector I was with at the time (Hi, jollyroger) whom I chance encountered at TRU spotted them. Okay, so I'm overdue for an eye exam...

As for working them in with the Convention SB figures -- hmmm. Just a personal observation, but they're not that good a match. Figure style notwithstanding, the Convention SB's (which I would dearly love more of if I could afford them) are distinctly lighter in color and their camouflage is a lot more complex. It tends to make these guys look a little simplistic as such. I'm not sure how I'm going to work them into the Joe-verse, but I doubt it's going to be as SB's.

Not at my TRU, there was so little of it, maybe next week. :-/

Not sure this'll be of any help, but lately my TRU's been redecorating again. G.I.Joe is where Star Wars was, Power Rangers are at the opposite end of the aisle from there they were, I'm not sure Transformers were moved, Star Wars is where some super-heroes were, the super-heroes are now all bunched together except for those that were recently featured in movies, and if memory serves, the Hulk stuff ended up in what I would have to define as a rather obscure aisle alongside Ben 10 and Narnia merchandise. It was -- strange.

Nothing at my TRU also. All we had here was a couple of figures and the Marvel Heroes Epic Battle set. It had the MH Hulk and a couple MH Hulkbusters and that Star Wars Galactic Heroes mini tank painted black. The way the store had them stacked I thought it was the 3 3/4" set but was totally disappointed when I saw what it really was, it was also priced at $24.99.

Deleted scene to be included in the dvd?

That's what i'm hoping for. I am worried i'm gonna be duped into double-dipping for a super-extended version a year from now.

The camo patterns don't have to match up exactly for them to fit with the convention guys for me, but they're nicely reminiscent. And what makes this overpriced set (24.99 got me three Steel Brigadiers last time plus three Plague) worthwhile to me is the camo scheme also makes them a shoo-in for one of my custom teams. These guys will be seeing double duty in my house!
