Oddly enough, I'm looking forward to all of the comic packs and both vehicle packs.

Main/DataFrame looks really odd, but considering he is one of my favorite characters, I'll take him as is. I don't feel the need for a Beach Head update, but it is nice to finally get an unmasked version.

The Hard Master/Snake Eyes set would have been an easy pass not so long ago. If I were wanting a comic-accurate Hard Master, this would be major phail. But, I see the 25th line as being my cartoon universe, with the ninja characters being somewhat independent. Also, I'm not using the Wave 7 (1989) Snake Eyes for anything, so this repaint works well for me. The Snake Eyes figure will be some other generic good guy ninja to counter the comic pack Storm Shadows (wave 3 and 4), Satan, and Ninja-Ku.

Scrap-Iron/Wild Bill really works because I currently don't have either figure (well, my wave 7 Wild Bill is still in its package), and Wild Bill is in cartoon colors, which is what I want for my 25th figures.

I didn't get the Target AWE Striker, so I don't mind getting the desert repaint. I think Leatherneck looks pretty odd, but aside from the Buzzer shoulder pad and the strap being on the wrong side, the figure is a very close representation of the 86 figure.

I agree that the CLAW could use way more detail, but I personally will take the adjustable handlebars in lieu of the landing gear. I agree that the Viper colors don't work particularly well, but I'm not really buying the set for the Viper anyway. The Air Trooper looks really good and has the corrected hip articulation, so I'll be using him in place of the Legions set version.

Beachhead - closer to the way I imagined an updated beachhead should look.

Dataframe - Not much to look at, but pretty much all Mainframe needs to be: a new head and web gear. Wish the helmet were removable.

Hardmaster - They have perfectly good ninja bodies and this one gets the modern techno ninja look? eh. He also looks too young to be the Hardmaster. Does look a bit like Ken Watanabe, though. So I guess I get a modern Baian the Assassin. Great accessories. Wish he had a better mask.

Snake Eyes - relatively close to his comic appearance. Meh. Not bad though.

Scrap Iron - Perfect. Better looking than the arctic SI.

Wild Bill - Comic colors and a new helmet. I'd be more jazzed about the helmet if bbi didn't make one a year or two ago.

Leatherneck - Another AWE. Another Gung Ho. Thumbs down.

FANG/CLAW - the Fang looks okay. The pilot looks stupid. The Claw looks cheap. They made a whole new and improved Troublebubble, and Serpentor's Air Chariot and for the Claw we get something Eversparkle would do. Pilot is about as exciting as he could be, I guess.

I think I'm mostly disappointed in the vehicles, and the Claw in particular. I think I'm most looking forward to Scrap Iron.

I've tried to not think Lifeline when I see Hard Master, but I still think it's Lifeline everytime I see a thumbnail of that figure. Even though it isn't Lifeline, it's still a pretty cool lookin toy.

Got some green stuff just waiting to end up with a custom Lifeline out of Hard Master since there is no telling when Hasbro might get around to giving us a 25th Lifeline.

Like some other people said though that CLAW just looks cheap like it's missing a lot of parts. Also not sure why they packed in that horrible looking Viper for the FANG when the Air Trooper file card already said they were Cobra pilots so why not just pack in a second Air Trooper instead of a Viper with no gear.

I wonder if Funskool lost parts of the mold to the CLAW.
