Really? The only part I remember people being upset about was that they simplified customizing to just "I'm painting your blue pants grey!" or something of the sort.
I thought that was a Napoleonic mini. That equates him to being a Magic player or 40k gamer given how most of the collectible toys shown in the movie are those with the simplest copyright hurdles. His apartment should have been full of Star Wars, GIJoe and Transformers.
