Seeing the Python Officer I was thinking: can anybody swap a couple of parts of him with the Traditional 25th Cobra soldier?
How cool could it be all in Black? if anybody can swap his hands, head, web gear and maybe Black CC helmet..and if can another part...
Can anybody do this for me and take a pic?

I don't have the parts, so I can't help there.

My two cents is to use a black helmet from the TRU Night Watch set.
