I mailed off my stickers in June, after buying what I wanted to buy all in one stop. I don't drive all over town looking for anything, I've got better things to do. Once I had my stickers, I filled out the form and dropped it in the mailbox. Got my stuff a month later.

Hasbro is a business. They produce stuff and sell it. No, I don't think for a second that they sit around and think about my feelings, cause I know they don't, and I don't expect them to. As a consumer I choose to deal with them, and play thier game. The day I don't want to play the game is the day I stop supporting them.

I mailed off all my Indy stuff the same day, and have recieved nothing to date. I don't think the IJ line has the following that the Joe line does.

I've simply said that in Hasbros defense, the form states 'while supplies last'. I don't think anyone didn't deserve to get thier figures, but I also don't think Hasbro did a single thing wrong in this case. Getting your forms in ASAP, and luck to some degree plays a big role.

Something as long awaited and as well recieved as this Doc figure was bound to 'sell out', I think that was a given.

What I'm trying to figure out, based on the news that more are coming in September, can we send in for another one now, or is that just to cover the ones that are already in? I wanted to get 1 more and now have all of the stickers to do it.

That's something I'd like to know too. Of course seeing as how comic pack distribution has been abysmal by me, even if the Aug 31st date is going to be honored, I'm still doubtful I could find enough new packs to get another.

I'd recommend sending them off regardless. That way, if there is a 2nd release, you'll already be at the front of the line. If not, well, you're no worse off than you are now. A stamp seems like a small price to pay to find out.

I wonder now if the acceptance of battle points now wasn't a mistake? I know I certainly was able to get more than one because of it, and judging by eBay, Some people got well over what they needed for themselves. Not accepting battlee points would have made anyone who wanted multiples buy more comic packs, which some of us would have been loathe to do, leaving more for everyone else.

I wonder if they even bothered to check and see if they were fake battle points. I can see some of the people probably printing up some fake ones and sending in. I just want to get a second one to open and was waiting until I got enough stickers to do it.
