As of this post there are 7 clear winners that belong there with the last seat split.

To me Serpentor can't sit at the table because it has to be headed by him or Cobra Commander. They can't get along at the same time.

agreed,... its either gonna be led by Serpentor, or CC.


a good rule of thumn for who's in charge,.. look at the first scene in G.I.joe the movie, and see who was in serpentor's throne room. Those are your top cobras.

I see the round table as a anouncement meeting: CC tells what actions are planned and what Cobra's direction for the next month will be. High ranked individuals and group leaders working with Cobra are there. My choices were:

Major Bludd
Tomax
Xamot
Zartan
Headman
Black Dragon

I always figured that Cobra Commander was the type of guy that would not hesitate to use 'power' tricks to keep the subordinates in line. He also wouldn't have a round table as that means everyone is equal. There is bickering and strife, so he uses table positioning for favorites and balances.

On a elevated platform at one end of the hall is Cobra Commander's throne (say, three steps up from where the table is).

To his left and right on each wall are work stations where various Tele-Vipers and Techno-Vipers are. There is a door on each side that leads to a ready room that can each hold a squad of quick-response Vipers.

He should have a Bond villain-style long table, with him at the head (in a elevated position of course). The first 6-8 positions are for the high command and that leaves the rest of the spots up in the air for those that jostle for position.
I see it kinda like PYD's description, and each person has their various commanders behind them.

I think this is more a meeting hall on Cobra Island rather than anywhere else, so it is that one of a kind get together.

Around the hall on the various levels are positioned Night Watch/Imperial Procession/Siegies at attention.

Storm Shadow in on one side of the throne, Big Boa is on the other.

The table itself has recessed computer stations so each person can report.

The next four positions are interchangeable though (although Tomax and Xamot have to be opposite each other for the whole stereo effect and ending each others' sentences creepiness thing).

Okay. Skullbuster seems like a member of Officer cadre so he would be one of either Major Bludd or Overlord's Lieutenants.

Gristle is behind Headman, along with a a Headhunter Commander.

Hotwire (if he actually leaves the lab) is behind Dr. Mindbender.

Scrap-Iron is behind Firefly.

Behind Destro is Metal-Head and the Iron Grenadier Commander.

Behind the Baroness is Clay Moore and the Skank-Viper Commander.

Skycreeper is behind Wild Weasel.

Zarana and Zanya would sit behind Zartan.

There are two angles tables on each side of the main table (at the end) for important guests and VIPs: Black Dragon representative, Night Creeper Leader, etc.

On each side of the main table there could be 'jury boxes' that are areas where Slice, Dice, Shadow Strike, Cobra Mortal, and any of the other contractors would sit.

As I write this, I realize I have drawn on several other sources to describe the hall. Imagine a cross between Palpatine's Throne Room, the dias in Red Square for the MayDay Parade, SPECTRE's leader condference, and Dr. Evil's table.

It would be a very formal room, with video walls and the latest telecommunication gear. It would also have hidden parts in case the occupants got rowdy.

I've had this for probably 6 years, just never got around to finishing it. Matt got the logo for me from someone here on the site (who Matt?).

I had to sand the JLU logo off, which I'll have to do for the chairs as well, but I'll wait until I decide who will be sitting in them.

Not to start a whole "my joe universe type thing" but Cobra for me is broken down into 4 different factions. Cobra lead by CC with ( storm shadow, tomax, xamot, major bludd, wild weasel, copper head, firefly and scrap iron) The Coil lead by Serpentor with ( Dr Mindbender, crystal ball, raptor, big boa, croc master, lt clay moore, overlord and interragator). Mars lead by Destro with ( Baroness, voltar, Darklon, metal head, Gen Mayhem, ninja ku and munitia * if I ever get a rah custom of her*). Dreadnoks lead by Zartan with ( all the dreadnoks )
