At least from the packaging at TNI it looks like they're not making any fixes to the figs.

I'm reserving judgment on that until they are in hand. It's entirely possible they used existing figures for the mock-up promo pics, and that the production ones will be fixed.

Remember that most of the packaged photos we see are already of the final production figures.

But I'm still hoping for fixed arms on Flint & Rock&Roll; and fixed crotches on almost all the figures on that list.

Any day Hasbro comes up with something to hurt the scalper market is a good day. Plus it's a nice chance to pick up a few extras for a little costomizing here and there since most stuff flew off the shelves so fast you were lucky to get just one. I mean heck I never even saw Flash on any shelves anywhere and look at how long I had to wait when I passed up Flint that one time.

And how can it not be a good day some of our fellow fans now get a better shot at the figures. We're Joe and Cobra fans we are supposed to be one big happy family, if we were only concerned about ourselves and screw the rest of fandom we'd be Transformers fans

Aside from keeping the big four in the loop (Duke, CC, SE, and SS), the only other reason I see for including that Cobra Commander is because he comes with the crystals, which is needed for the MASS device that's coming out soon.

I don't think you really need the crystals for the MASS device. Meaning there isn't a space on the device to put that particular container. There are spaces for the elements but they are larger containers that come with the DVD packs. This container would just be an extra thing to have on the side.

I hate to quote myself but I got to thinking about the setup of the MASS device and searched out some pics. It looks like the containers on the actual contructed device are empty. Is this true? If so, that kind of sucks as I am going to have to buy that stupid CC again to get the full container just because it looks better. Can anyone confirm?

I realized "Oh, I have most of these figures. I just need the HISS driver."

Then I realized the only reason I have those figures is because of HTS. I think out of the 20 or so figs.. I only bought 4 at retail.

Good for them sending these back out to retail.

Look like straight up reissues. I bet Flint will get fixed when he comes out in the Hall of Hero's assortment.
