There was a thread recently where someone asked about the individual plastic containers for figure storage and it had some great links. My problem is now I can't find the damn thing even searching. Any help is appreciated.

I use snak size zip lock baggies and put them in a clear tackle box, i've been doing this for years and almost every time i open them to check them out, they small like brand new. I find my method not only cheap, but very practical and easy to use, i can just look at the clear tackle box and see what figures i'm looking for. :-P

I've read the problem with plastic baggies is that they are a lowgrade / cheap plastic that deterrioates quickly. If you have a figure sealed up in one, the gas released by the degrading bags speeds up the deterriotation of the plastic of the figure. I had a bunch of Star Wars figures stored this way, and just recently moved them over to plastic craft boxes. I did notice quite a few had gotten that "sticky" feel to the soft plastic.

Someone could probably explain the hows and whys a lot better than me, but it was enough to convince me the plastic bag storage method was not a good idea.
