I guess I just don't remember that. There was a point that I wasn't watching Transformers though. I didn't bother to set the VCR and it was on to early for me to get home from school to see. So with Hot Rod in it, that was the future right? I wonder why that custom hasn't shown up yet?

I've been tempted to use my The Corps! construction guys to do customs of the synth-bodied Autobots.

Yeah I just may have never noticed that either since I never noticed he was in Transformers.

I've seen the custom as part of someone's sig over on another board. It's a really nice custom. Sort of odd that Hasbro hasn't released one, but then they have that weird thing going on of they can mix anything but GI Joe and Transformers even though it's been plenty of times and plenty of places in the past.

The thing about Old Snake is that Sunbow no longer had the GI Joe cartoon rights when this episode aired. I don't think DiC had them yet, but Sunbow had given up the license when the Transformers and My Little Pony animated movies tanked so badly that GI Joe did not even make it to theatres.

I really appreciate Cobra Commander and Flint's Transformers cameos. For a company that's often accused of making half hour toy ads, it's nice to see even they liked some characters enough to sneak them in.
