Mike Power is an agent with the Adventure Team, he is also one of their chief scientists. He was one of the main pioneers with cybernetics. Creating his own cybernetic implants to replace his damaged arm and leg. His lab was broken into and much of his research papers and schematics were stolen. It was never found out who it was that stole his technology, but the Black Dragon Orginazation and M.A.R.s was thought to have been behind it. It was later learned that a crazed British scientist calling himself Dr.X was behind it. Mike improved his cybernetic arm over the years to included "Mission Arms" attachments to help him and his fellow Adventure Team Agents out in the field.

Mike is now being sought after by Overkill as it was Mike's technology and research that was behind his creation. Overkill wants Power so he can tap into his knowledge and take it for his and his robotic army's own twisted purpose

Being a fan of the Adventure Team, I am always looking for an excuse to tie it to the RAH storyline anyway I can. I figured Mike, like the B.A.T.s should have multiple arms, so I made the grappling launcher and helicopter arms. I also tied Mike into the creation of Dr. X and Overkill. Since Mike Power came out first, I see Dr. X stealing the tech and selling it Cobra to raise funds to build himself into cyborg. Cobra uses Mike's tech to make Overkill. A nice way/excuse to make a few customs and fit them into the same universe!!
