I have seen several customs of Dr. Venom using Grand Moff Tarkin's head. I thought for my custom I wanted to make him a bit younger. I was surprised how much Storm Shadow's body looked like a lab coat when I changed the hands and head. I wanted my Dr. Venom to look different from the rest of my Cobra Science Division so that is why he is all in white.

Dr. Venom is a master of interrogation, he created the brainwave scanner. He has also developed Viral and Chemical weapons for Cobra's use.
