Torso and waist: 2005 Serpentor (modified)

In regards to the pic of the Air Chariot that I had submitted with one of the Serpentor customs I had submitted with it, this was the custom I wanted to add to it. Now, I have the Serpentor custom I need for the Air Chariot. I noticed that the legs of this Serpentor are slightly smaller for them to fit into the waist.

The storyline has some similarities of Arise, Serpentor, Arise...
In Chapter 2 of the comic book project that I am working on; Destro, The Interrogator, Dr. Mindbender and Major Bludd create the first ever Emperor...Serpentor.
