After watching the episode of The Greatest Evil; from the G.I. Joe DIC season, I wanted to make a version that is close to the original.

In chapter two of my dio story, Falcon and his rescue crew encounter Hit & Run as they are en route back to HQ.

In chapter one, he made a deal with Destro and Major Bludd to assist them in taking over Cobra Island and the Cobra Fortress.

In my opinion, I thought I did a good job on this custom.
