Body: Duke '93 v4

Duke 93 is one of my favorite figures, probably second to version one as far as Dukes go.

I made what ended up becoming 'Dodger' who I submitted previously. I wanted to make at least another guy in the same style and use the Duke head, which I had put on my 'Wehrmacht' figure.

I like how he and Dodger turned out. I would like to make more in this style. They have kind of a Naval-Marine type look to them.
