Hit & Run was orphaned as a small child, when his family was killed in a car accident by a drunk driver, he then became a ward of the state, and had a penchance for escapes, he then became recruited directly by Joe from the state facilities.


I like this look on Hit n Run, at first i had a Heavy Metal torso, but was having difficulty getting that green match for his chest, so i just used this torso, which for some reason i'm blanking on.
