Grunt and Breaker were my first two GI Joe figures back in '82, so although there would be many better detailed and cooler looking figures to come, they always reminded me of the coolness factor. when I got them.

The Grunt figure that Hasbro released was pretty...off for me. He was a light shade of green that I thought would work better for Zap. His head was a re-use but one that I actually though looked more like the original Grunt head then Flash.

I basically took the Hasbro parts and made my own. I didn't like the use of the Cobra trooper arms so went with Hawk's. I also went about trying to paint him as closely to the originals look as possible, including the light green pouches on the arms and leg.

Lastly, I didn't like all of the web harnesses having the gun holster on the left hand side. So I removed it here and instead dremmeled out the knife holster and cut it down so that it could fit a gun. I like this alot better and it works pretty well for me.
