I really wanted to use this Voltar figure I had lying around, but he looked like Voltar no matter what I did. So I sanded it down and resculpted it a bit and tried to put together a body that it'd fit really well with. Once I got the idea of a modern knight it came together pretty quick. I wish I could have distanced the head from Voltar a bit more but he had that rangefinder that really prevented me from going in the direction I wanted to. Still I'm pretty pleased with the end result. Basically Chobham works as sort of a liason between the Joes and the British government. He also keeps a watch over all Cobra activity in the UK and is present on nearly all Joe missions in the area. I kinda figured Big Ben might need some help so here he is. Chobham's name comes from England's top secret composite tank armor.
