A couple of years back I created my Omega Joeverse, which would have featured an elite team of international Joes facing down a threat from an organization named Omega--unlike Cobra this organization was even more shadowy and seemed aimed more at world destruction, than domination.

I lost interest and let it die, but kept the customs, and though I'd share some of the basics for each.

The final member of my team was the one with the most to lose, as Omega was initially marching through Africa. Hardcore hailed from either Congo, Kenya or Nairobi; I had yet to nail it down when my Joeverse died. His is a highly trained specialist in a variety of weapons, as I tried to illustrate.

He was also the easiest figure, a pure LBC that just "came together". Unfortunately since he's also "come apart" as I recycled him for future use.
