If General Ray is a clone of Serpentor, then he is the closest thing the GIJoe team has to a Super Soldier. So I made a custom based on the Super Trooper. I never liked the khaki coloured uniform that was shown in the comics and that most customizer use.

I think the black and silver works really well together. Someday I will get around to painting the helmet silver also.

In my Joe Universe, General Phillip Ray is not just a clone of Serpentor, but he is the Second Serpentor, captured and brainwashed by the US Government after the Second Cobra Civil War.
