The Blackout team is a G.I. Joe Black-Ops teams. Blackout does the missions that one else can do or wants to do. Only the top brass in the military know of their existence and they refer to Blackout as a myth or a rumor. Frenchy is the second in command. Frenchy is formerly of Interpol. He came to the U.S. to join G.I.joe after seeing them in action against Cobra. Frenchy's experience in intelligence made him a perfect fit for this advance strike team. He is also proficient in explosives and hand to hand combat. There is not much information on Blackout or the members of the team, they just don't exist.
