Destro, tired of sustained losses of M.A.R.S. product to the Navy S.E.A.L. teams at sea, has relocated his manufacturing and shipping to his homeland of Scotland. He now ships his armaments through some of the most deadly water in the world: the North Atlantic.

USSOCOM noticing fewer and fewer successful incursions, have decided to take it to the next level and hit Destro where he doesn't expect it, in the icy waters just off the coast of Scotland.

Black Ice is trained to fight Snow Serpent incursions and board, raid and scuttle Destro's vessels in the North Atlantic, the latest of SEAL Team Six's members has been likened to a Polar Bear, deadly once provoked and right at home in the coldest of climates. He is also the first one in the water after a downed pilot, with his secondary roll as a rescue swimmer, with more than 10 saves to his credit.
