I love the original H.E.A.T. Viper. It is a great addition to Cobra's cause and I am especially fond of the six bazooka shells around the legs. However, at night he can be too easily seen. When Cobra is in need of this bazooka man's talent, it is important that he can work his magic at night without being seen.

So, I decided to help out Cobra a little bit and give this guy a new paint scheme to help him keep a low profile at night.
