I finally found a use for the T-Crotch Cobra C.L.A.W.S figure. It took a lot of sanding to get it down. Then I changed the head over and sculpted the stetson. I couldn't find a hat in that scale that was suitable. None of the Chap Mei ones were quite right.

Texas City used to be known as Mega City until they achieved independence from Mega Cities One and Two. I named the figure Judge Boyd after William Boyd otherwise known as Hopalong Cassidy.
