Scrap-Iron is Destro's man; he represents MARS within Cobra. Scrap-Iron takes orders and delivers product, shows the troops how to use MARS weaponry, even (the best part) going out on Cobra missions to demonstrate first-hand the reliability of MARS equipment.

Why is it the best part? Because that's when he gets to blow stuff up, of course. Scrap-Iron relishes his job as Destro's salesman particularly with Cobra, as he's often allowed to go along and blast whomever Cobra's enemy happens to be that day.

I chose the Grand Slam chest primarily so I wouldn't have to paint the red.
