I remember a few early issues of the Marvel run when Hawk wore this get up, a black sweater with the standard green fatigues. I always thought it looked cool and set him apart as the team commander.

This was a pretty simple custom, really a head swap and a few simple coats of paint, for the hands, torso and some of the detail on the pants.

This to me was really another figure that Hasbro could have put into future comic packs, down the road...
