PJ's carry a tremendous amount of gear, which was important to reflect in the figure. I made this figure a few years ago, before I started tinkering with sculpting- so the pouches and other gear were cannibalized from Chap Mei figures.

The BTR Duke head was much too slim and young looking to have a Duke "feel" to it. It got a repaint with darker hair and a slightly different flesh tone to create a new character.

The BTR arms weren't great to work with, but they got the job done. The lower legs are made from the more rubbery plastic Hasbro now uses. The plastic just doesn't take spray paint very well. The Wild Bill chest was easy enough to prep for the pouches and the waist's bullet belt adds a bit of flavor to the look.
