Bio: Jura Edgar was a brilliant Street Judge until a bullet left her paralysed and ended her career. Undaunted she applied for a position in the Public Surveillance Unit (PSU). Rising quickly through the ranks, she soon became head of the department. Confined to a hover chair, she has gained the nickname: 'J. Edgar Hover', not out of respect, but for her hardline approach to the job and her martinet attitude. This aside, she has probably the sharpest mind in the Justice Department.

When I started on my Judge Dredd/2000AD custom figure collection, I knew I had to do a custom of this character. She is unique within the Dredd universe, and no-one I know has even thought about attempting it.

Having used up most of the female figures in my parts box, I had to use a GvsC Flint torso. I heavily sanded it, added breasts using clay and adapted it for use with the CORPS! arms.

The figure with her in the bottom photo is Judge Roffman, one of her colleagues in the PSU. He is made entirely from an Elite Force SEAL diver.
