Although 2000AD and Judge Dredd is a British publication, it took quite some time for Mega City One's transatlantic twin to make an appearance. Judge Armour is the Brit Cit equivalent of Judge Dredd. He was supposedly killed during the Judgment Day, but we never saw it. As far as I am concerned, in my universe, he is still alive.

The Sand Scorpion body is quite buff and needed very little in the way of sanding. I had to replace the head, so I went for a cast of Zartan. Thought the face went well with the body. Most of the body armour is sculpted. The right shoulder pad and helmet adornment represent a lion. The chest badge and belt buckle were printed out onto gloss card and glued onto plasticard.
